Refund policy

We are a small business and we do everything we can to provide accurate descriptions of all of our products. If you have a specific question on sizing we are available to answer all of your questions via Instagram (@opheliasboutique_ ) or via Facebook messenger (@opheliasclothingboutique) to help guide you in making the best decision. We will do our best to work with you on all returns. 

Our policy lasts 14 days once you receive your product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will only offer store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unworn, with tags still attached.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, bodysuits, bathing suits, undergarments, or anything purchased on sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item(s).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Your store credit or credit card refund will then be processed, and a credit will be added, and you will be notified from there.

Credit Card Refund - Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your card once we receive your product back.

Store Credit
-Please allow up to 48 hours after we receive return to receive your store credit.
**Credit is issued as a gift card via email for returned website purchases

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
